Flow is drawn from a single artesian spring inSouth Bruce County, Ontario - a quiet corner of the Great Lakes basin that sits on one of the richest freshwater landscapes in North America.
It's been a family spring for generations,protected and largely untouched - the kind ofsource you can't build, only inherit.
What the land does to that water on its way up is the remarkable part. More than a decade on, Flow still comes from that same ground, bottled without the plastic.
Artesian means nature does the work.
Our spring is artesian - sealed in apressurized underground aquifer that pushesthe water to the surface on its own, neverpumped, never forced.
As it moves through ancient limestone, the rock naturally infuses it with essential minerals and an alkaline pH - no additives, no engineering. The result is a mineral and electrolyte profile you can taste, and a pH that's alkaline at the source, not adjusted in a lab.
The spring releases over a million litres of this mineral-rich water into the environment every single day - we take only what nature freely gives, and protects the rest.
