How do I add a discount code to my subscription?

Log into your Flow account and once logged in, navigate to My Subscriptions within My Account. Click “Edit” on your active subscription and then type in the code where it says “Add discount.”

How do I edit my subscription?

Log into your Flow account and once logged in, navigate to My Subscriptions within My Account. Click “Edit” on your active subscription. Here, you can add products, swap products, change the frequency, change the delivery date, skip shipments and more!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart and location.

Am I locked in once I subscribe?

Absolutely not! Our subscriptions are flexible because we know that life happens - you might be away for a few weeks, want to change flavours, skip or pause a week, or add more Flow to your order.

Simple log into your account (from the top right of this page) and you can customize your subscription as you wish.

Where can I check my points?

Checking your points balance is easy! Simply login to your account (top right icon next to the cart) and you'll see your total balance. You can also decide if you want to auto-apply your points to your next order.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Although we’d be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription through your customer portal. Just log in to your Flow account.
