3 Simple Steps to De-Stress
Got a lot going on in your life?
You don’t need to meditate to de-stress. Here are 3 simple steps to bring those stress levels down.
Swing your arms.
Swing ‘em front to back to bring back a sense of awareness. You’ll be able to feel your body and breathe.
After about 2 minutes, sit down, close your eyes, and breathe. Notice the tingling sensation that you might feel.
Be nice to yourself.
For the next few moments, think positively. Turn your negative inner-dialogue into positive intentions.
Instead of saying "Today was horrible" try "Not everything was bad today."
